June is Pride month and a perfect time to talk about the mental health needs of our LGBTQ+ friends and neighbors!
Join us on Tuesday, June 25th at 6 PM for a virtual presentation from Youth Outlook, a nonprofit serving LGBTQ+ youth and families, to discuss terms and trends related to the community and ways to support the mental health of queer and trans individuals. Presented by Elexis Richardson (she/they), and Carolyn Wahlskog, LCSW (she/they) from Youth Outlook.
This event will be held virtually on Zoom.

Parenting can be overwhelming at times, but there are strategies that can help you cope with the stress! Join us as we explore methods of Managing everyday stress and Practical tips for stress decompression through movement and breathing exercises, and mindful art activities like painting and clay molding.

Group Yoga Therapy by Bridging Lyfe
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels. Bridging Lyfe has collaborated with Mindfulness Energy LLC to offer clients a unique experience that promotes mental, emotional, and physical health through yoga therapy. During our 5-week group yoga series, clients will be able to experience rejuvenation as they listen to soothing music in a calm environment of their choice.
Each client has their own individual goals and journey that they are working towards while attending group classes. Clients are strongly encouraged to attend all group classes in the series to receive full benefits of yoga therapy. The yoga instructor may incorporate and/or recommend a variety of soothing music that speaks to the mind and body and aromatherapy options to ensure client receive full benefits of class and individual practice.
The cost is $20.00 per session, or clients can enjoy the benefits of five group yoga sessions for a discounted bundle rate of $60.00. Payments can be made out of pocket, online, or with other payment options through Bridging Lyfe.
Upon registration, all clients will complete yoga waiver and liability form and terms and conditions so please read in its entirety. With limited spaces available, we encourage you to reserve your spot early! Feel free to bring your yoga mat, although some are provided for your convenience. Additionally, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class to ensure smooth accessibility.
Women's Unwind Yoga Event
Join us in honor of Women’s History Month for a rejuvenating yoga event exclusively for women! Lead by Bridging Lyfe therapist and registered yoga teacher Tasha Turner, this yoga class is a space for you to unwind, connect with your inner self, and bond with others.
